Standard delivery for in-stock furniture usually takes 7-14 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 4-8 weeks depending on the manufacturer and your location.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer premium White Glove Delivery which includes bringing the item into your room of choice, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Furniture must be in original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and custom-made items are final sale.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large furniture shipments, our freight partner will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.
