  Carefully pack your furniture in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Schedule a Pickup or Drop-off

  Print your prepaid shipping label for smaller decor, or coordinate a professional courier pickup for oversized furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
